NBA:League Spreadsheet

From 1TC Rules

The league spreadsheet is the source of truth. Every player contract, waiver, and draft pick is recorded there. TAB maintains it.

How it is organized

Tabs are color-coded by group:

Group Tabs What they hold
Red Players, Teams, Picks Every player contract, team, and draft pick in the league
Yellow Off-Season, UFA, Options Rebuilt each off-season — the schedule, that year's free agent list, and that year's option decisions
Green Standings, Rosters, Waivers, Draft Standings and lottery odds, roster and cap totals for all 30 teams, current waiver priority, and the results of the most recent draft
Blue ATL, BOS, … One tab per team, labeled with its abbreviation

Your team tab

Open the blue tab carrying your team's abbreviation. It shows, season by season:

A summary block — your roster, Injured Reserve, G League, and re-sign counts against their maxima, plus payroll, cap hits, and cap space. Counts outside a limit are flagged, so you can see at a glance if you are over the roster maximum or the cap.

Your players, grouped into Active, Injured Reserve, and G League, with each contract laid out across the years it runs, re-signs marked, and UFA in the season the player becomes a free agent.

Draft picks you own, by year and round.

Cap hits from players you have waived.

Your forum page and Discord profile, linked — this is how other GMs reach you with a trade offer.

In the off-season

Your team tab also lists your upcoming free agents and option decisions at the bottom, so you can see what you need to decide before the option and re-sign windows.

Keep your roster post aligned

Your forum roster post must match the spreadsheet.

If the two disagree, the spreadsheet is right — and if something on it looks wrong, contact TAB rather than working around it.
