30 teams with NBA names and NBA players, in two conferences and six divisions.

Each GM has full control of their team — drafting, trading, releasing and signing to field the best roster they can.

Where the league runs

Fantrax	Stats, daily lineups and matchups
Discord	Day-to-day league chat
Forum	Where every transaction is posted
League spreadsheet	The source of truth for contracts, waivers and picks

Teams

Thirty teams, two conferences, three divisions of five each — the same alignment as the real NBA. Division record is a tie-breaker for the standings, for playoff seeding and for draft order, so it is worth knowing who you share a division with.

Eastern Conference

Division	Teams
Atlantic	Boston Celtics · Brooklyn Nets · New York Knicks · Philadelphia 76ers · Toronto Raptors
Central	Chicago Bulls · Cleveland Cavaliers · Detroit Pistons · Indiana Pacers · Milwaukee Bucks
Southeast	Atlanta Hawks · Charlotte Hornets · Miami Heat · Orlando Magic · Washington Wizards

Western Conference

Division	Teams
Northwest	Denver Nuggets · Minnesota Timberwolves · Oklahoma City Thunder · Portland Trail Blazers · Utah Jazz
Pacific	Golden State Warriors · Los Angeles Clippers · Los Angeles Lakers · Phoenix Suns · Sacramento Kings
Southwest	Dallas Mavericks · Houston Rockets · Memphis Grizzlies · New Orleans Pelicans · San Antonio Spurs

Each team name links to its forum, where that team's roster post and transactions live. The current GM of each team is on the Teams tab of the league spreadsheet.

Scoring

Nine categories, head-to-head each week:

Points	Three Pointers Made
Rebounds	Field Goal %
Assists	Free Throw %
Steals	Turnovers
Blocks

Each category is a win. A 6–3 week goes into the standings as six wins and three losses, not as a single win.

Standings

Ties in the standings are broken in this order:

1	Head-to-head
2	Win %
3	Total categories won in the regular season
4	Division record

Playoff seeding and the in-playoff tie-breakers use different sets — see In-Season.

Commissioner and TAB

The league has one commissioner: JoeyTTU01.

The Trade Approval Board is a separate body that runs the league's day-to-day decisions. Its size varies. Current membership:

Member	Team
JoeyTTU01	Spurs
SMBK	Suns
HoldenTyler	Cavaliers
JHarrell	Grizzlies
morf1980	Pacers
rock30	Pistons
ballzach32	Clippers

What TAB does

Vote on trades	A race to three approvals or three denials. If a TAB member is involved in the deal, majority vote wins instead
Approve or confirm transactions	Re-signs, waivers and free agent signings
Update the league spreadsheet	The league's source of truth for contracts, waivers and draft picks
Monitor and warn on rules violations	Including the anti-tanking warnings
Adjudicate disputes and penalties	The final word when something is contested
